Call Centre

About

A Kenyan product, from a Kenyan company

Call Centre is built and run by Hostnali Webhost Limited, who have spent years keeping Kenyan businesses online. This is the same thing applied to the phones.

Why we built it

Three colleagues working together at a laptop in a Nairobi office

Built and supported in Nairobi, by the people who answer the phone.

Because the alternatives did not fit

The good call centre platforms are built for markets where every customer has a card, a landline and a dollar account. They price in dollars, they support you from another continent, and they treat a Kenyan mobile number as an awkward edge case.

The cheap alternatives are a PBX in a cupboard: fine until the power goes, the person who configured it leaves, or you want to know how many callers hung up waiting.

We built this for the middle — businesses with a handful of people answering phones who need it to work properly, be answerable for, and be priced in shillings.

How we work

What you can expect

We will tell you if it is not a fit

There are things this does not do, and we would rather say so on the first call than after you have paid. The features page lists the gaps openly.

You speak to people who built it

Support is not a queue in another timezone. The people answering understand the system because they made it.

Your data is yours

Contacts, call history and recordings belong to you, and you can have them exported whenever you ask — including on the way out.

Monthly, not locked in

No long contract. We would rather keep you because it works than because you signed something in March.

Hostnali

The company behind it

Hostnali Webhost Limited provides web hosting, domains and digital services to businesses across Kenya. Call Centre is our own product, built in-house and run on our own infrastructure.
