Who we are

Call Centre is operated by Hostnali Webhost Limited, a company registered in Kenya, of Nairobi. For anything in this notice, write to info@callcentre.co.ke or call +254 104 462 614.

This website

This site collects nothing about you beyond ordinary server logs kept by our hosting for security and diagnostics. There are no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. If you email or message us, we keep that correspondence so we can answer it.

The system itself

When an organisation uses Call Centre, they decide what is collected about their own customers — call records, recordings, contact details, messages. In data protection terms they are the data controller and we are the processor: we hold and handle it on their instructions and for no purpose of our own.

Call recordings

Recording is optional and controlled by each organisation. Where it is switched on, recordings are kept for a retention period that organisation sets and are then deleted automatically. Access is limited by role, and every playback is logged.

Where data is held

Data is held on infrastructure we operate, and with the telecommunications provider that carries the calls. We do not sell data to anyone, and we do not use one customer's data to serve another.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act 2019 you may ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, and in some circumstances ask for it to be deleted. If an organisation is using Call Centre to handle your calls, ask them first — it is their data. If you cannot get an answer, contact us and we will help.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how your data has been handled, tell us and we will look into it. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner in Kenya.

Changes

If this notice changes materially, customers will be told by email before it takes effect.
